  • B'break Chorizo
  • 100g Prosciutto di Parma
  • 25g Pepper tapenade
  • 75g Crème fraiche 
  • 3 Cherry/small tomatoes    
  • Affilla Cress

  • Prepare the cream with Pepper tapenade and crème fraiche. 
  • Defrost the B'Breaks and slice in to thin slices of 3 mm.
  • Arange them on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 140°C with an open damper
  • Place the cream on the chips, followed by a small slice of Prosciutto 
  • Decorate with a cherry tomato and the Affila Cress
